Kite Services is an independent risk management consulting firm that specializes in consulting services for Texas school districts.  Kite Services provides professional advice that is result-oriented, practical, and cost-effective.

Our fields of expertise include risk analysis, workers’ compensation, property/casualty, health and benefits programs, loss control and safety programs, risk pool administration and underwriting, and self-insurance.

Our Approach

Kite Services takes a problem-solving approach to risk management.  Because we are consultants first, and technical experts second, we focus on risk program design rather than solely on routine technical reviews.

Since every entity has different needs that must be addressed, we develop an action-oriented plan that is responsive to the organizational philosophy that implements insured and self-insured program protection, cost controls, and innovative solutions.

We assist in providing entities with a variety of services from self-insurance risk consulting,  insurance renewal process, to preparing requests for proposals, conducting deductible and self-insurance feasibility studies, and preparing an evaluation comparison and recommendations report.
